  • Registration Details: Handicap (or equivalent golfing metric), preferred tee time/group members (if applicable), and team name.

  • Payment Information: Transaction details, though sensitive payment data (e.g., full credit card numbers) is processed securely by a third-party payment processor and is not retained by the Competition organizers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Event Administration: To register your participation, assign teams/tee times, calculate scores, and manage the logistics of the scramble.

  • Communication: To send you essential updates, information about the event (rules, weather, schedule), and results.

  • Security and Safety: To ensure the safety of all participants and comply with venue regulations.

3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

By registering for this competition, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be shared with the following specified third parties, strictly for purposes related to the event:

  • Event Preparation Partners: These are external partners involved in the operational preparation and execution of the event. This may include:

    • The Golf Course/Venue (e.g., for tee sheets, cart assignments, catering).

    • Tournament Software Providers (e.g., for score tracking and live leaderboards).

    • Event Management Companies (if applicable).

  • Event Sponsors: We will share your Name and Email Address with the named sponsors of the Auscramble Event. This sharing is done to allow sponsors to communicate with you about their products, services, or special offers related to the golfing community or this event.​

4. Non-Disclosure Commitment

We will NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with any undisclosed or unaffiliated third parties for marketing or solicitation purposes.

Your information will only be shared with the specific parties listed above (Event Preparation Partners and Named Event Sponsors) directly involved in the preparation, running, and support of the Auscramble 3 Man Scramble Competition.
